Just finish my Mid-term
It takes 5 hours to sit my mid-term exam. It is about Strategic Management for my required subject. The air condition was so cold. So I went out sometimes. I didn't take sleep well last night. So i couldn't concentrate well.
Got headache and not so sure the good result. I don't know why the teacher ask so many questions even 5 hrs. Normally, it is 2 to 3 hrs in Abac. Let me wait and see how.....

Au Mid-Term Exam is soon,,,
Very soon, I am gonna have my mid-term exam and not really ready for that. Of course, there is no excuse for student.
All my subjects in this semester are quite interesting but a bit complex. Seems like busy and tired and have to be ready for International Students Meeting in India. It will be after my mid-term and hope i will have a good time there.

Let me think later
Hi friends,
It has been along time that i can't post in my Au blog. A bit busy for my personal things and prepare for my midterm exam. I don't have much knowledge in Finance so it makes me to get headache. But i have to do it by all means.
So, let me think and write more student life in Assumption University of Thailand, and see you again. And don't forget to have a look my own domain name as lazyboz.

Ah, it's sometime, just keep quiet
Ha... my friend used to ask " hey, i don't see any of your new post now, what r u doing?" Then nothing, of nothing special to say sometime but life is always changing and very interesting.
We hope something but just it has gone. And sometime we just relax but something is so strange that comes to our life. My Au student life also changing in a new idea and new step, of course. But my finance subject makes me so tired since i don't have basic knowledge of that. I try to overcome the stress coz that's my habit not to stop at just one step and lose. But still headache about that.
Nowadays, it seems like abit busy, so i can't write new article on my au life. But i never say die, surely, i will come again in a new dream. Before that, let me say something here. You know that i am one of the bloggers but now i try to have my own domain name. It's my first time with this and i want it just for fun first, but have a look here how it works: www.lazyboz.com

Did you know that Thousands of college students were in the Gambling
That's just to share about one news that i read. I didn't know this before and surprise about thousands of college students were betting in the world cup. I heard gambling was so popular during the world cup and in Thailand as well. And most of the students were taking apart of it. You can read here what the news and reporter says about the college students in Thailand and gambling.
"According to an Abac poll, more than 800,000 Thais are expected to gamble on World Cup matches, and about two billion baht will change hands. Of these gamblers, 107,090 are college students, who are expected to spend altogether 103 million baht.
Respondents said they would gamble among friends or place bets with underground bookmakers. Nearly 10% said they would borrow money to bet on football matches. About 62% said they were not worried about being arrested for gambling. "

It is not Ratake but Delete
I just follow the study plan of my faculty in Au and i finished first semester and now i am in second semester.
It is good that they have a study plan for the student, especially those who doesn't know which subject to study frist, like me,, ha..ha.ha. But I have some problem after chosing my subject in my second semester that i follow AU study plan. I don't say it is not good anymore. But I think it is wrong plan.
You know what? Every student must chose Thesis or special Project before they graduate from Au, the same as other Universities. And we have a special subject to study about research and management for our final project or Thesis.We have that subject in our faculty, i.e, RPM (research planning and management).
Au study plan put that RPM subject in the study plan of second semester. So I chose that subject since i am in second semester, actually without knowing anything. I remember, it was my first class in RPM and the teacher was talking about how we gonna make our Thesis or Project and be ready. I was so suprise, coz i just finished one semester and i am not ready yet for my project or thesis. So I couldn't chose my topic for that.
Coz i am not ready and i was thinking to ask my teacher and plannig to withdraw that subject. So right after the class, i approach to my teacher and said, " I made wrong in chosing subject" and he asked me " why?" and i said, " i just follow the study plan, i didn't know that i have to choose my project or thesis in this semester." At last, he understand me and agree to sign for me. So i just made appointment to see on the next day.
After i finish everything, i need to get refund, that's our student right before the last date of registration. So i went to see the contact person at refund office. I hate to say this but it is what Au used to do concerning its staff. Au hire most of the staff who can't speak english well. They can do their responsibility, but it is a problem with international student. I have been talking with the lady there and i went away from her by keeping silence.
"Why?"
I said " Please delete my RPM suject , coz we can delete before the last date" and she said " I can delete, but when u retake next semester, u have to pay all" then I said " it is not retake, delete, it means , i don't take this subject yet, i will take in next semester, so just delete it" and she tried to repeat many times about "retake" and i couldn't explain anymore. So i just back.Actually it doesn't need to retake, coz i just delete it"

She run away at the Final Match..
"Can you take me to watch football tonight?" that's what she used to ask me before the final match of World cup, i.e, French and Italy. I tried to be with her almost all the time and to enjoy football match since she likes much of that.
Sometime, as you know , it was midnight and i have to send her back to her room. It was nice to be with her and she is a real friend in my life. She was kidding by saying this " Ellay , you are always free, so you can help me to do my assignment even" then I said " Actually, i am not free all the time except for you, but I believe that you understand about that" and she said " just kidding"
But unfortunately, I couldn't meet her on final football match. She run away to her friends to enjoy in a group. I have a group of friends too, but sincerely speaking, i miss her on that night. Ah.. but it was over and that's one of my student life in AU. I think ,sometime, too much caring might be ....... bad.........

The First Saturday of Every Month in Au..
As Au student in Assumption University, not less but some Christian students gather together to have Christian activities in the Church of Au. Jesus youth from most international students have specail prayer service at from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on every Sat and it is led by Jesus Youth from Idia.
They use more prayer service in a Charismatic ways and alive to be with Jesus throughout their life. Most of Myanmar students also have their own organization and MYCS (Myanmar Young Catholic Students) are one of the group that have their special prayer time with Jesus on the first Saturday of every month.
One Catholic priest is leading the Mass and all the youth are participating whole heartedly in every Mass we have on that day. At the same time, we pray for the welfare of our country, for the people, benefactors, friends and our own family members as well.
As July is the specail month for our respective parents, MYCS members are praying for all the parents in the whole world and I wish all the parents to be blessed by our greatest Lord in daily life. " Let's create a better future together"
