Compress the Images, Graphics and Photos before sending by E-mail
I notice that whenever we send our group or individual presentation via Email to other friends, we have some problem of sending or losing some info. So after reading below, hope you wil get some idea what to be done before you send to your friends.

For particularly graphics-intense presentations, the uncompressed attachment to the e-mail can lead to the e-mail being rejected. E- mail services often only accept electronic mail below certain sizes.
That limit usually lies somewhere between two and ten megabytes. The easiest way to reduce data volume on images is to reduce the resolution when saving them. A value of 96 dots per inch (dpi) is sufficient for viewing images on the internet or a PC screen.
Another option is to reduce the colour depth. Presentation programs generally only support a colour depth of up to 24 bits anyway. Higher settings bring no optical benefits but do require more space. ......"
